What We Need
  • A list of potential foundations to target for grant applications
Additional Details

We are looking for someone who can help identify grant opportunities. These grant opportunities will help fund underserved children take ongoing performing arts lessons in dance, acting, instrumental music, and vocal instruction. These children take these lessons ara local performing arts studio close to their home.

What We Have In Place
  • We currently have a clear view of what the funds are need for, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a one-pager outlining our mission and vision, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How This Will Help

By finding Grant's that fund children in the arts we will be able to achieve our goal of funding 100+ underserved children creatively express themselves. In many cases these once a week lessons are the only constant many of these children have I their lives.

Milestone 1: Goal Setting
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional discuss current and past grants (if any) and how they came about
  • Volunteer Manager shares information about program(s) that would benefit from a funder and ideal criteria for potential funder

Milestone 2: Research and Recommendations
  • Professional conducts research on grantmaking foundations as per the criteria laid out by the Volunteer Manager
  • Professional delivers list of recommendations and suggestions on how to start grant application process
