What we need
  • An edited 1-3 minute video delivered in electronic format as agreed upon between the Professional and Organization, with HD quality as a master version, along with any agreed upon formats for final usage
Additional details

We want to produce a 90 second promotional video to be used for marketing and fundraising. We have full video version of different dances that are part of Ms. Dorfman's dance works called The Legacy Project that focuses on her Eastern European Jewish heritage and her family members who survived the Holocaust and journeyed to America to begin new lives

What we have in place
  • My marketing communications manager will provide all of the videos that the consultant needs to edit a moving, 90 second video that focuses on The Legacy Project, multiple dance works of Ms. Dorfman's Eastern European Jewish heritage and her family's lives once they survived the Holocaust and emigrated to America. We would like to work with Deja Cobb who recently produced a great general market video in April.
How this will help
This project will save us $5,422 , allowing us to use my marketing manager's time to focus on current events happening with our company.

This is a critical area of dance that presenters hire us to perform in their theaters and schools use in their Holocaust education.

Prep: Information Sharing & Asset Exchange
  • Volunteer Manager provides overview of vision and goals for video, as well as information about target audience
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional agree upon file format and length of video
  • Volunteer Manager collects collateral (e.g. raw video footage, photos, testimonials, media materials) to be edited into the video, and digitizes all the materials in the format and resolution suggested by the professional. If applicable, the Organization provides links to 3-5 videos it would like the professional to use as a creative guideline for the final product

Milestone 1: Video Outline & Script Finalization
  • Professional reviews assets that the Organization shared (including existing footage and proposed script) to create video outline
  • Professional shares with Organization and incorporates feedback

Milestone 2: Video Creation & Feedback
  • Professional creates video in agreed upon format and shares with Organization for feedback (up to 2 rounds)

Milestone 3: Final Video Delivery
  • Professional delivers final video in agreed upon format
