Jayshree worked with Hope Foundation for 2-3 months on this project where she helped us to do research on funders who would support our Orphaned and Abandoned Children’s Homes and our Women’s Business Programs in India. She was such an asset to our team. She is well-organized, timely, articulate, and an excellent writer. She assisted in the research process of finding a funder and constructed concise and well-written proposals that were necessary for consideration of funding. Through her patience and perseverance, she was able to help us track down two major funders who fell within our program and location focus and she was able to make grant submissions in a timely manner. She worked around our schedule and was very flexible, which was important to us as we are a small non-profit with staff who are limited in time and how much supervision and guidance we can provide. We greatly appreciated her patience, professionalism, and positive attitude. She would absolutely be a great addition to any team.
