Project details

What we need
  • A one-day intensive Salesforce training for up to five staff members
  • A document summarizing topics covered during training
Additional details

I have a small staff of up to 3. We have had a Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) for over a year. I have not begun to use it because I want to make sure when I begin entering data I will be able to review it in the way I need to. I need a basic overview and be able to ask questions. It may not need to be a whole day

What we have in place
  • We currently have zoom which should allow some training with screen sharing.
I do not believe our NPSP is a full version of salesforce.
How this will help
This project will save us $7,888 , allowing us to Better serve our members in their ability to create safe affordable housing to the disability community

As an executive director of a statewide membership organization, it is imperative I remember conversations and meeting details of our members and potential members
