What we need
  • A high-resolution digital version of an illustration that can be used across multiple channels (web, print, and/or merchandising)
Additional details

Specifically, we want to develop a one-page infographic illustrating key points from our 2019 Community Health Needs and Assets report to provide a snapshot of health & well-being in Trenton. Maybe one overview and up to 5 focused on specific priority concerns. Each with 5 to 10 bullet points.

What we have in place
  • We currently have the data for the bullet points, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have expertise in each area, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,034 , allowing us to to provide more direct community services through our community health workers and inform a broader audience.

The CHNAA is a great resource but not enough community members know it's avaialable or see it as a useful tool. This is valuable info which shows grave health disparities and should be a catalyst for change. Illustrating the details in an engaging way will focus attention on our city and its residents.

  • Volunteer Manager sends Professional existing branding or marketing materials
  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with relevant background information on the Organization, mission, and core values

Milestone 1: Brainstorm
  • Professional and Volunteer Manager meet to discuss goals, target audience, and how the illustration will be utilized
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional align expectations for the initial drawings and agree upon a timeline

Milestone 2: Preliminary Sketching
  • Professional drafts and presents three concepts for the Organization’s illustration
  • Volunteer Manager chooses a favorite concept and provides up to two rounds of feedback, which the Professional uses to refine the Illustration

Milestone 3: Presentation of Deliverables
  • Professional delivers a final version of the Illustration in digital form
