What we need
- A list of suggested vendors, such as: catering, venue, audio/visual (AV), decorations, merchandising

We are celebrating our 25th anniversary and any celebrations/fundraising events have become virtual events. We are an all volunteer run organization with limited resources. We are trying to make our celebration a strong, impactful and experiential event. We will be ordering t-shirts and having raffle prizes. We could use help in this area getting various prices for printing t-shirts and potential either donations or reduced prices for raffle prizes.
What we have in place
- We currently have a t-shirt design, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a mock up and printing specifications, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $1,308 , allowing us to be available and nimble in providing support/resources to our recipient agencies who have changing needs from meals for homeless veterans, trauma kits for moms/children & games/crafts for group homes.
This project is an essential for our e-mail virtual celebration and fundraising effort for our 25th anniversary. It is an important opportunity and we want this virtual event to be as impactful, fun and experiential for our community of supporters. We don't want the cost of the t-shirts to cut too deeply into the donations we are raising. We also have no idea how to solicit raffles in this COVID-19 environment.

Our mission
Flames of Giving provides gifts for those in need during life's special moments. We have been doing this work for almost 29 years. Over 35,000 gifts have been provided to underserved and struggling people bringing hope and happiness to each person during challenging times. We also provide everyday basics like diapers, clothing, coats and grocery gift cards for food to those who are financially struggling and are going through difficult times. "One small gift. Two happy hearts."
