Additional details
ACCA needs things:
1) Ways and means to contact and interest clients.
2) Ways and means to contact grantors and donors. Our budget is small going primarily to: Master Teaching Artists pay, and materials/supplies. ACCA is preparing to become an insured non-profit. We need funds to operate, including a part-time secretary, and to pay for insurance. ACCA also works with Tech-Soup. The cost is substantially lower for non-profits such as ACCA, but we need donor support to meet our expenses.
What we have in place
- We currently have Two willing volunteers, computer, printer, a quick mind, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have you will be starting from scratch with us, but we are willin, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $945 , allowing us to provide arts and culture classes, workshops, intensives, etc., to Vailsburg and surrounding communities at no cost to participants. It will also help ACCA to demonstrate that we are responsible.
ACCA is growing. ACCA is becoming known in the community. ACCA will soon have its own building, donated by the City of Newark for $1 per year for five years, then ACCA must be able to pay $50,000. The worth of the property, including the land, in its present dilapidated condition. ACCA needs to know how to and begin to function in a business like manner regarding marketing. Your assistance will be invaluable to ACCA regarding that goal.
