The Atlantic City Arts Foundation exists to foster an environment in which diverse arts and cultural programs enrich the quality of life for residents of and visitors to Atlantic City.

What We Do

Our diverse programs & partnerships activate community pride & civic self-esteem through interaction with public art, including the city's largest mural arts program.

Core programs include include 48 Blocks Atlantic City, Chalk About AC and ARTeriors.

48 Blocks Atlantic City is our flagship program consisting of a city-wide art & cultural celebration and a mural arts program. Local, regional, and global muralists are given full creative license leading to a diverse range of styles & content in the permanent public art across the 48 blocks of Atlantic City.

Chalk About AC is a free city-wide chalking event encouraging participants to create chalk artwork in Atlantic City. Through the teamwork & the creation of positive, inspirational messages and images, participants and viewers experience a perception shift and forge deeper relationships within their community.

ARTeriors is about transformation and transition. Local artists transform an empty property in a neighborhood that is in transition into a pop-up art installation, highlighting the rebirth of Atlantic City.
