Mission

The Princeton Education Foundation was founded in 1995 to support educational excellence in the Princeton Public Schools. Since its inception, the Foundation has donated almost $2 million to the public schools in Princeton, NJ.

Serving as a bridge between our community and the schools, the Princeton Education Foundation encourages private philanthropy to enhance public education for students at all levels.

What We Do

The Princeton Education Foundation exists to support the students in the Princeton Public Schools by ensuring they have access to exceptional facilities and a model curriculum. Princeton has long enjoyed a reputation for high quality education and PEF aims to continue to play a role in distinguishing our schools as the top performing in the state and nation. Our vision is to enhance student learning and arm our students with the tools and self-confidence to reach their dreams.

The Princeton Education Foundation empowers our students by fueling innovative programming that allows students to become confident leaders whose futures know no bounds.

The Princeton Education Foundation has been able to give students access to innovative programs, new technology, and facilities upgrades that are not funded within the school district’s limited budget.

The PEF Teacher Grant and District Grant programs serve as a catalyst to support and enhance school improvement programs that heighten learning opportunities for students in the Princeton Public Schools.
